Service providers performing work on behalf of M3 Legacy Services may be employees or independent contractors. In either case, all providers operate under M3's standards, training, vetting requirements, and insurance program.
What This Means for You
- You receive consistent quality regardless of provider classification.
- All providers are vetted and required to follow M3 policies.
- You communicate, book, and pay through M3 — not individual providers.
Tipping
Tips are appreciated but never required. If you would like to tip, please add it to your invoice so it can be tracked and disbursed properly.
Direct Hiring
Hiring providers introduced through M3 outside of M3 within twelve (12) months of their last service is subject to a referral/placement fee. Contact us for details.
