Limitation of Liability

We take care of your property like it is our own. The following terms describe the limits of our liability and the items we are not responsible for.

Liability Cap

M3's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the value of the service provided for that visit.

Not Responsible For

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, finishes, or fixtures
  • Hidden defects not visible at the time of service
  • Improperly installed items (e.g. unsecured shelves, mirrors, fixtures)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unstable furniture, fixtures, or décor
  • Damage caused by failure to disclose hazards
  • Items not properly secured prior to service (loose cash, jewelry, electronics)

Claim Window

Customers must report claims in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Include the date, address, a description of the issue, and photos. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Insurance

M3 carries general liability insurance. Eligible claims that exceed the liability cap above may be reviewed through our insurance carrier on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

M3 is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, utility outages, illness outbreaks, government orders, or other force-majeure events.
