Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by M3 Legacy Services LLC ("M3", "we", "us") in Minnesota. By booking or accepting service, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Services are provided according to the quoted scope and pricing confirmed in writing. Additional work requested onsite — added rooms, surfaces, or tasks not in the original quote — may incur additional charges, billed at our published rates or quoted on the spot.

Estimates

Quotes are estimates until approved by you in writing. Final pricing may change for:

  • Excessive clutter that prevents normal cleaning
  • Heavy soil, grease, biological matter, or mold
  • Unsafe conditions discovered onsite
  • Additional rooms, floors, or square footage
  • Additional labor or specialty equipment

Access Requirements

To complete service safely, the customer must provide:

  • Safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Running water and working electricity
  • Reasonable working conditions (e.g. climate, lighting, ventilation)
  • Disclosure of any known hazards before service begins

Service Refusal Rights

M3 reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions or hazards
  • Aggressive or unrestrained animals
  • Biohazards (blood, sewage, mold, pests, drug residue)
  • Illegal activity on the premises
  • Harassment, threats, or discrimination toward our staff

Where service is cancelled by M3 for one of these reasons after dispatch, the deposit and any travel/preparation fees may be retained.

Payment

Deposits are required to confirm bookings (see the Deposit Policy). Balances are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due invoices may accrue late fees and be sent to collections.

Limitation of Liability

See Limitation of Liability for the full terms, including the 48-hour claim window.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes to These Terms

M3 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These policies are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. M3 Legacy Services reserves the right to update policies as required by applicable law.
